1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the r999 platform — whether through the website at r999.plus or through the r999 Android application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form the entire agreement between you and r999 in relation to your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use any services offered through r999. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use the paid services at r999, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may only hold one registered account at r999. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using other personal details, is strictly prohibited.

• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each account must represent a single individual who is the sole user of that account.

r999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. This is a standard measure to protect all users of the platform and maintain the integrity of services offered.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r999 account login credentials, including your username and password. r999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login details secure.

You must not share your account access with any other person. Allowing another individual to use your account, whether with or without your knowledge, is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• Use a strong, unique password for your r999 account that is not used on other platforms.
• Do not access your r999 account from public or shared devices where your credentials may be stored or observed.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact r999 support immediately.

Any activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility. All bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed through your account are considered to have been authorised by you unless you have reported unauthorised access to r999 support in a timely manner.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the r999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). r999 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and other methods as listed on the deposit and withdrawal pages. Available methods may change from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your r999 account following successful confirmation from your chosen payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method. r999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed any applicable verification requirements before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed according to standard processing times as published on the withdrawal page, which vary by method and by your VIP tier.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are listed on the withdrawal page.
• r999 may request additional identity documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts. This is a security measure applied consistently.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

r999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account compromise, or breach of these terms pending investigation. In such cases, you will be notified and the matter reviewed as promptly as possible.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

r999 offers bonuses and promotional credits to registered account holders from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback, free bets, and VIP-specific promotions. The availability, terms, and value of promotions are subject to change and are communicated via the promotions section of your account.

Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will include but may not be limited to:

6 Sports Betting Rules

The r999 sports betting section covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 international matches, football, esports, and other sporting events. Betting markets, odds, and available fixtures are subject to change at any time. r999 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any market at its discretion where circumstances warrant it — for example, in the event of match postponement, abandonment, or verified irregularities.

• All bets are accepted in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless r999 explicitly offers a cash-out or edit option for that specific market.
• In-play bets are subject to a delay between placement and confirmation. Bets placed during this delay are accepted at the odds valid at the time of confirmation, which may differ from the displayed odds at the time you placed the bet.
• r999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or market, including imposing lower limits for individual accounts if betting patterns warrant it.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently void — such as a match that is abandoned without a result — will be refunded to your PKR balance.

Winnings from sports bets are credited to your r999 account balance following official settlement of the relevant event. Settlement follows the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or tournament.

7 Casino and Slot Games

The r999 game lobby includes slot games, live casino tables, and other casino-style games provided through third-party software suppliers. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealers as appropriate to the game format. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the software supplier and apply over a statistically significant number of game rounds.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

r999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or extended periods of account inactivity.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any remaining real-money PKR balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after any relevant checks have been completed. Bonus balances that have not been converted to withdrawable funds through wagering are forfeited on account closure regardless of the reason.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting r999 customer support. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel your gaming is becoming problematic — support staff will process the request promptly and without unnecessary delay.

10 Privacy and Data
